This wine was made entirely from hand picked prime Pinot Noir grapes from our West Melton vineyard.  Pale salmon in colour, fresh strawberries and cherry with a light touch of flintiness.  Off dry in style.

Hand harvested, fruit crushed, and the skins allowed to remain in contact with the juice for a short time. Fermented in stainless and racked to barrel before filtering and then bottled.
