Peach, apricot and fragrant blossom flowers laced with impressions of cinnamon spice.
A textural palate with flavours of apricot and almond, lead to a subtle spicy note on the finish.
The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night and immediately transported to the Saint Clair winery in Marlborough, where they were pressed off, settled and fermented in tank with selected yeast.
